Yes! Congrats – You have finally made it to .. “shipping” your favourite item from the mystical land of Quraly.

But hold on to your horses – There are some things you should know (and we pride ourselves in being transparent and gaining your trust– always!)

Here is all you need to know – from the time you decide to make your purchase:

1) On Checkout:

a) FREE SHIPPING – On Orders above $50USD.

b) Order placed after 12pm IST will be processed for confirmation the next day. Why? Because we have global warehouses and you know – It aint sunny everywhere and our team gotta sleep a while.

2) Order Confirmation:

Your order will be confirmed and most items will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering (weekends and holidays not included). You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. We take this time to personally ensure that your order is taken with utmost care and packaging before confirmation. Of course we will email you the confirmation and keep you updated on Messenger as well.

3) Shipping to you:

Post confirmation, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please allow an estimated 14-21 days for delivery post confirmation and longer during festive season like Christmas and Diwali (varies from product to product). Please note, that due to the popularity of our products, these are only estimates.

4) Some issue we can’t solve no matter how hard we try:

a) Please note that customs may hold shipments for a certain amount of time and may charge customs fees for which you will be responsible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for payment of import taxes, duties and related customs fees and also packages held in customs, as these are determined by your local customs office. Please check with your local customs agency as no refund will be issued.

b) Shipments to PO boxes will not be deliverable by Shipping Partners. You must use a physical address a.k.a Home Sweet Home.

5) What you should know but not worry too much about:

a) If you order multiple items, you will receive multiple packages as we ship inventory ranging from item type to size and color from various warehouses across the globe. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible.

b) Shipping time sometimes exceed 40 days (varies from product to product) as it depends where you live and the popularity of the items. Most international shipping partners handover items to local mail carrier once it arrives in the destination country. Yeah – That how it works – the complexities of international shipping. But worth the wait.

c) Again, Again - Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from other global warehouses. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. Quraly will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.

Oh-My Returns

Firstly, if you have a need to consider returns and refunds, you likely ordered a product(s) from us. Which means we owe you a “Thank You!”. Nothing makes us more happier than having a tribe of aspirationals like you and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver you an amazing product and experience. Rest assured – We want to make right any hiccups along the way.

Your experience returning defective or incorrect goods should not be painful. It should be as easy and 1-2-3 (and 4 : We want you to have your moneyback or item exchanged)

Step 1:

Take a picture of your delivered product & invoice and send them to us by clicking the Messenger button in the bottom right hand corner on this site or drop us a message on Messenger on our Facebook Page. Alternatively, you can also email the pictures to

Step 2:

We will confirm your returns on FB messenger or Email on the confirmation of the return / items exchanges depending upon availability. You will receive an Return Authorization Number (RA#) where you can mail the product you would like to return.

Step 3:

Return goods back to the closest warehouse that we will share with you along with the RA#.

  • To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • Return shipping will be paid by you and deducted from your refund amount unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Don’t forget to attach the RA# on the package.
  • All goods to be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

Credit back to Credit / Debit Card within 30 business days of processed refund. Don’t worry! We will even send you a refund confirmation through email or Facebook Messenger.

Note for those who “Have-time-on-my hands”:

  1. Regular priced items (including ones bought with discount code / promo) will be refunded i.e. actual amount paid on purchase.
  2. You should expect to receive the refund within 30 days of refund approval giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days)
  3. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  4. Invalid reason for refund includes buyers that no longer want the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Quraly. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller (Quraly) to purchase all items in that order.
  5. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned - We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Cancel Orders

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible (preferable within 4 hours of order placement). Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

Note that cancellation incurs a 20% charge to cover restocking fees and charges assessed to us by the credit card companies.
